Disgusting and Unclean

Pros: Nothing Cons: DO NOT STAY HERE – DISGUSTING CLEANLINESS I paid £114 for two nights at Shelton Finsbury Park, expecting basic cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, my experience was absolutely appalling. My first room had dirty floors, scratched walls, a disgusting smell of damp and cigarettes, a shower that wouldn’t drain, and two filthy towels (see photos). When I complained, I didn’t even receive an apology. I was simply moved to another room, only to find that the problems continued. Pros: die schöne gegend auch wenn es echt weit zu den öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln war und das super nette und tolle personal! vor allem der mitarbeiter haroon war so toll und freundlich und hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend Cons: die tauben und die rohre die jede nacht so viel lärm gemacht haben und es war ein sehr kleines und enges bad und das es jeden tag das gleiche frühstück gab das nicht so gut war

Very poor wouldn't return

Cons: Not very clean . Also no breakfast . Ordered for 8am still no breakfast at 9am had to leave
