I will not be staying at this location anymore. I really feel since we had so many issues they should reimburse me part

Pros: It’s very close to Long Beach airport. Cons: Too expensive. Overcharge too much for daily incidental. Mattress was not comfortable. Hotel restaurant does not accept cash. When it says you can pay at the property you can’t split the bill to pay upfront. You can only use one card. Refrigerator did not work. My Sister is a diabetic her insulin did not stay cold. She had to use the ice bucket. Maintenance came 3 times to fix the fridge and it still did not work. The shower was stopped up water almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor. Pros: The Atmosphere was great, nice restaurants, Great Gym, Swimming Pools. Spa like Cons: Big Roaches in Front of Hotel Loose Toilet Paper Holder. Shower Door would not Stay Close Missing Handle for shower wand Attitude from Check-In Clerk!!! We let them know about the Bathroom issues the next day .....

Very friendly and helpful staff, located close to the airport which made an early morning flight very easy!

Overall, a fine experience.

Pros: Location was centrally located to all of my destinations. Cons: Main parking lot is too small. Many of the spaces are too narrow.

We recently stayed at this Marriot location (Long Beach) July 15, 2026 - July 19, 2026. We had two rooms on this trip that were conjoined for parents (one room) & children (conjoined room). While my wife and I went on an outing on Saturday we received an unfortunate barrage of texts and calls from my 16-year-old who was still in our room while we were gone. From about noon to about 12:45 my child was telling us that hotel housekeeping kept harassing her to open the door and let them clean the room even though she repeatedly told them that we do not need the rooms clean.
