Pros: There are good restaurants within walking distance. The home perfectly accomadates a large group. It's a quiet neighborhood. Cons: You have to pay $3.50 to use the washer. Make sure to take quarters. However, the dryer is free.

The house was in a great location, really roomy and nice. Maria was very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this home.
