Pros: The balcony is great and a parking space as well. The rest of the apartment corresponds to the description and leaves nothing to be desired. Cons: Whoever designs a 30+ storey building with only two elevators surely does not live there. On the other hand, it's a good way to strike up conversations with people 😉
