Not the best
Pros: It is a nice apartment. Good size for one or two people. Cons: There is black mold in the bathroom, in multiple locations. And flies kept appearing, I think they are drain flies (from the fly pictures I just googled). I was there for 2 nights and killed about 10 of them.
