Pros: Good location, excellent quality and facilities Cons: Long wait at reception as they said my card wasn't working. They got someone else to help as it was not the card but the person was doing the process incorrectly. It was swiftly resolved though, so not really something to worry about.

Pros: Only 20 meters to subway station. Location excellent. Pedestrian area which was lovely. Washing machines free, staff lovely despite no English so google translate a must Cons: Struggled to get a taxi as it’s pedestrianised so 200 metres to try and find one.

Pros: Accessibility from the Train Station and just beside the Famouse Qianmen Street Cons: ceiling is a bit low

The staff is friendly, especially fromt desk by name of "小刘”, friendly and helpful...even render assistance beyond duty... Strongly recommended for traveral who visiting forbidden City and nearby..
