Lack of Protection from Scams by Ship Staff
Pros: The food was tasty and good. Everyday there was something different and a big variety. The staff was kind and very helpful, especially the cleaning man at the room.
Cons: The location on booking was different from the actual location of the ship. They didn’t inform us about this change and they couldn’t explain to us(lack of English) where it was and gave the phone to someone that pretended that he was one of the staff. When we finally arrived there he was the one that greeted us and did the paperwork. He gave us a fake name and informed us that he was a tour guide of the ship. Under the

In summary, good food, poor communication, and overall a bit disappointing
Pros: The food was very good.
Cons: The ship was 4 km away from where it was meant to be, at a less convenient location. There was no notification of the change, and it wasted a lot of our time trying to find it. Communication was very poor about times and activities. Prior to the trip emails went unanswered. Poor lighting in the room for reading. Seats in the dining room allocated - so no chance to sit where you wish. The lift didn’t work, which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The boat was by far the slowest of those we saw, though that wasn’t a problem.

Nile wonderful, boat tired and in need of facelift
Pros: 4 nights Luxor to Aswan. 3 x buffet meals a day, a good selection of hot and cold food. Bed comfortable. The cruise was lovely. Life on the Nile was very interesting, and the sights were well worth visiting.
Cons: The boat is old and in desperate need of refurbishment. There were areas of the boat that need to be cleaned/repaired or replaced. The bedroom furniture is made from heavy wood and so, almost impossible to move and clean behind. Our Mother had 2 days of only tepid water in her shower (as did other guests). The carpet in our room still had hair and crumbs from the previous guest

It was a nice experience.
Pros: Very nice and friendly staff, everyone is very polite and smiling, always trying to help. At the reception, the staff will always tell you everything and help with all questions. The food was very tasty. Many thanks to all the staff.

Fantastic Nile cruise
Pros: Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Well experienced and Mr. Yasser is very professional. The food is tasty and with high varieties. The chef Hegazy is very professional.
