Just okay stay
Pros: It is a boutique hotel located in a Victorian house.
Cons: The hotel lacks maintenance and investment in furniture and decoration renovation, it is very neglected for what they charge per room. The bathroom was missing shower gel, the WC cistern did not work well, and the wifi was clearly improvable.

Pros: The location is good for walking to Bloor Street and other places.
Cons: The Bar next door is incredibly loud and noisy. I was on the ground floor and could hear the heavy doors banging all night and drunk people shouting and screaming until 3.30 in the morning.
