Pros: Great location in Hollywood and one of the few hotels where you still receive a genuinely warm and personal welcome. This hotel is a perfect example of how outstanding service can make all the difference. For our children, this was their favourite hotel of the entire trip. They spent hours in the pool, enjoyed the complimentary drinks, soft serve ice cream and snacks, and absolutely loved calling the famous red Popsicle Hotline by the pool, where someone personally delivered ice pops within minutes. To our children, this was the real Magic Castle, even more magical than the one at Disne

Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour en famille et un super emplacement

Pros: Le personnel super agréable et serviable , les glaces à volonté et les snacks , la piscine chaude , le service pour laver votre linge gratuitement. Cons: Je pense qu’un petit rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des douches et literies canapés lits serait vraiment un plus . Le petit déjeuner trop petit et pas variés mais bon pas de supplément alors c’est à voir ..

We have a good stay there, very closed to Hollywood blvd. kids love everything about magic castle

Pros: Spacious room and laundry included so as heated pool Cons: Room is a bit old so need some fixing done
