Pros: For check-in, I received very clear explanations, so I did it without the help of the staff. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast was sufficient. The air conditioning works very well. It has free parking nearby. Cons: I booked two rooms. One of them had an unpleasant smell that persisted even after airing it out.
