Service- poor
The first impression is fantastic, receptionist at the desk and welcome person are very friendly and professional. The receptionist even walk you to your room telling about the hotel facilities. Rooms are fine, old wooden floor, limited furniture, but this is OK for western Europe. Problems come later: (a) first they know that 3 people have checked in, but placed only 2 sets of towels, sleepers missing, dental kit is only one (again not a big deal really), but then we we asked to complete the sets in took us 5 hours to wait and double reminder at the reception desk. Great stay in Munich
This hotel is in the heart of town and walkable to most attractions. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff there is among the best ever experienced. They anticipate your every need and provide you with more support that you can expect. The price is hefty but if you’re willing to pay, it’s a great experience.

Excellent hotel
We stayed her for our ten year anniversary trip to Munich and loved it. Service is exceptional. Anytime I called to request anything it arrived to our room in minutes. We loved that you can order room service from an iPad in the room rather than having to call. The staff assisted me with several anniversary surprises and did a great job. Rooms are spacious clean with excellent turn down server.
