Pros: The location was convenient and close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
Cons: Upon arrival, we learned the property was at a different location than expected. Communication with the host and the individuals responsible for letting us in could have been clearer. No services were available, and basic supplies were limited—only one roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags, and no spare linens in case the children had accidents. We weren’t informed beforehand that we would need to bring our own supplies. There was also no modern coffee maker

Cons: Que nos cobraron 60 dólares por llegar 1 hora mas tarde, porque supuestamente una persona tenía q quedarse despierta para ir a abrirnos cosa q nunca pasó todo fue a través de un mensaje de wasap que lo hubiesen dejado desde q mandaron la ubicación, aparte el balcón estaba cerrado con cadenas y solo estaba la ventana de la habitación,la casa tenía detectores de humo q con asar tan solo una carne se activaba una sirena horrible, algo a mencionar es q en la gano no había luz solo una lamparita q no alumbraba casi nada pequeña y muchos tomacorrientes no funci

Cons: The photos in advertisements are deceptive it look as if it have multiple rooms, and advertising as a lift apartment. We have boys , the decoration was girls, I wish I had a option my sons theme for his birthday was Mario not Minnie Mouse, more importantly ( the cleaners should clean better my 4 year old found a random pill narcotic with the number 50 on it on the floor. I took pictures, glad my 2yr old didn’t eat it, also the point of contact person English was not good , she kept saying she driving Tex her , every time i called with

Pros: Very clean and organised, with a lovely location and easy access to all kinds of places you might need.
Cons: I didn’t like the instructions, as the communication was unclear. The person responsible for the property mentioned that they had sent me an email with the instructions, but I never received it. They also provided an address that was not the correct address for the property.
When I spoke to the manager at the meeting point advised on booking.com, she mentioned that she was very upset and wanted to know why this location kept being provided as the meeting point.

La zona está genial, tienes acceso a un montón de tiendas en una avenida principal cercana y puedes ir andando al paseo de la fama. El apartamento es muy amplio, estaba limpio y tiene parking gratuito que es un plus. Repetiremos sin duda
