Pros: Central location, pleasant staff. Comfortable family room. Cons: The cupboard space would have been better utilised with an extra shelf - especially for longer term visitors. We also missed an additional mirror in the bathroom.

Pros: Staff were unbelievably nice
Pros: Staff were unbelievably nice. After my kids complimenting them on the breakfast they then gave us free cookies to the room. Location was top notch. Bar and food were lovely Cons: Only thing was some liquid substance on the floor of the room when we first arrived, but that was a very minor thing which we cleaned up ourselves. Apart from that was brilliant
