Good hotel with bad services and employees
Pros: The room is good
Cons: You cannot park the car yourself, Champion restaurant I came to book a table for the World Cup match and they said there is no reservation, and when I arrived before the match, all the tables had reserved written on them, they were lying, all the restaurants were closed before 5 pm except for the ground floor restaurant, the staff were rude and forced you to order food, I contacted the manager and he did nothing, it was a bad experience and I will not stay at the hotel again

Pros: First, I thank sister Hajar for the warm welcome, elegant treatment, flexibility in check-in and check-out at the hotel, the upgrade, and everyone is cooperative with a warm welcome. The location is beautiful, attached to the City Center
