Cute, cosy, and a lovely place to stay!

Pros: We so enjoyed staying here. The allotment shed was beautifully and thoughtfully designed and quite comfortable. The shower room was spacious and everything was quite clean. The breakfast items were a nice bonus, too. Even in mid-October the garden was pretty and peaceful, and the location was so convenient—central to all the village amenities and a short walk to the magnificent village church and two country house properties. Finally, communication was easy with the host and Melford Allotment Shed would definitely be our first choice if we get a chance to revisit this beautiful area. Con

The Allotment shed was just so charming and designed with great taste and attention to detail. It was fresh and clean with a private pretty garden and direct access to walks as well as the town. Loved it.

The perfect break

Pros: The vintage look with attention to detail, thoughtful welcome basket, everything you needed to make a short break perfect. Cleanliness 10/10 Cons: Absolutely nothing, will be back for a third stay

Cute place to stay and hosts touches make it perfect

Pros: Such a fun place to stay. Very quiet and secluded but very close to the high street which has great access to lots of pubs and some independent shops. Joanna is a great host and provides all those extra touches that hosts these days do not. There is a book with walk ideas, she left some fruit and milk and juice in the fridge and some biscuits to have with your tea. There is dishwashing liquid and sponges so perfect if you wanted to stay a few extra days. While Long Melford is a small place, you are in no short supply for pubs to eat at, its a lovely place to visit. Cons: Nothing we had a
