Well located with large rooms.
Cons: I had my team staying for a company event in Munich, with over 15 rooms booked and unfortunately on check in, I had a very poor experience with the front desk. I had 2 rooms booked by mistake and the agent was very rude when I asked if one of them could be released at least for the 2nd night. Totally inflexible, very blunt and rude.
Comfortable.
Pros: Location. Near the station. Spacious room. Cons: Carpet too dark. No additional facilities.
