Pros: The front staff was really helpful and kind. We love the bathtub and the space of the room Cons: The bathtub is slippery and the rubber mat is kinda dirty. I hope there's amenities given for toddler it would be fantastic

Clean, quiet and close proximity to Haymarket and Chinatown. Staff were very welcoming.

Great location

Pros: We liked the location and where the hotel is situated. It is close to the places we were after at a walking distance but the hotel is in a secluded quiet residential area away from the city noise. The smell of the hallway is great as well. Cons: Not a lot. You get what you pay for. I don't have a high expectations. It lives with the 4 star rating. I probably rate it 3.5, if I were to compare it to other 4 star hotels.
