Great Location, but a Disappointing and Noisy Stay

Pros: The location was great—it was very convenient to walk around and explore nearby restaurants, record shops, and local spots. Cons: Unfortunately, our stay had several disappointing aspects. The initial room was quite cramped, so I checked Booking.com, saw that a King Suite was still available, and asked the front desk if I could pay to upgrade. However, the staff told me there were no rooms available. We ended up paying to move to a slightly lower-tier room instead, but when I checked online again, the King Suite was still listed as available, which was confusing and frustrating. To mak

Cons: Shower head was dirty, drawers in the bedroom were musty smelling. No glasses for water. Towels were old.

Good if you are okay with noise and a bit of sketch.

Pros: The staff were friendly, its close to good restaurants, cafes, and farmers markets. The bed and room were large and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Cons: The parkade is sketchy. The carpets are old-looking. The sound-proofing was minimal. Needs a bit of a refresh and a parking solution, otherwise pretty good!
