It was an affordable room

Pros: The bunk bed was good. The children were happy. Cons: There were quite a few hairs on the carpet in the room. The vacuum cleaner was not charged.

Overall, it was average.

Pros: The bathroom was well-equipped. There were convenience stores nearby, a 24-hour supermarket in front, and plenty of dining options, so it was not a problem. The station was also close, and the cost performance was good! Cons: There were only 4 coin laundries, and many customers left their laundry unattended. I wanted to hang my laundry in the room, but there was no space. It's tight for 4 people in a 25m² room. The nearby parking lot is expensive... It would be extremely helpful to have a discount system for facility users.

Cheap, but not worth it

Pros: It's not very big, but it's comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for cooking. Very good shower and comfortable bed. Cons: The location is lacking. Although it's just a few minutes' walk from the station, it's far from the good neighborhoods in Tokyo. The commuting time ended up being too long. It's a cheaper option than other neighborhoods, but I didn't think it was worth it. The lack of a reception also makes it difficult if you want to receive a package or luggage from another city.
