Only if there's nothing better

Pros: The rudest desk clerk I've run into in years, and I've stayed for work and vacation maybe 50 places in that time including India, Morocco, Poland and Germany so this was quite the feat. Plus an ALL CAPS YELLED AT THEY STOP CHECK-IN AT 10PM message in my Booking app, this could've been written far, far nicer. Cons: No breakfast or coffee service, pieces of hotel starting to break and fall apart (tho it does look like recent renovation and is generally clean and okay), loud people and thin walls, no parking for a truck and confusing patchwork of street parking around the hotel was a huge P

Pros: The beds were comfortable. Cons: I specifically asked for a handicap parking for my disabled son. When I got there there were two open handicap spots and the staff asked me to park in the garage anyways. The room was clean but not cleaned thoroughly.

Great find, we will be back.

Pros: The room was clean and quiet. Parking was very tight, but available and free. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’m keeping this as my number one place to stay when we go to San Francisco Cons: There are no elevators and you must climb stairs from the parking up to the rooms. But for the price and the amenities it’s worth the extra effort. And I am in my 60s my husband is in his 70s.

Nice place, not enough night time coverage

The location is nice for the Outer Sunset. The room was very clean and comfortable. The prices are affordable. The floor is keyed for entry so is safe. However, the main issue is the desk is not staffed at night, and there was domestic violence occurring in a room 2 down from us on the first floor. I called police twice in which the second time, the situation was resolved. I called the hotel during that time and no one answered. If I’d been able to reach the hotel, I would have felt better. As it was, it was up to us to try and help. I have sympathy for running a hotel and imagine this
