Central and spacious.

Pros: The location was ideal and the beds were comfortable. It was straightforward to communicate with the host and easy to access using the key safe. Cons: The bathroom mats were stained and dirty and there was mould on the bathroom soap rack. The frying pan wasn't clean and had to be washed before use. The bread bin tin in the cupboard has something mouldy in it.

Good accommodation for my short stay in Derby and Richard was very helpful.

Pros: Clean and tidy Cons: Everything was good for my visit

Comfortable, convenient and affordable

Good value, comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

Pros: The apartment was perfect for our requirements - a place to sleep during a pre-Christmas family reunion for three of us. It was very comfortable, well located and, despite the busy road, quiet. It was also reasonably priced compared with other accommodation available in the city. Cons: Nothing to dislike!
