Amazing we would definitely stay here again, very secure building with access to parking and other great amenities.
Pros: Easy access, clean, and everything you need locally. Cons: Not enough signs to show you were to go, we had a hard time finding the pool and to access the roof from where we stayed we had to walk around the whole building. Besides that small issues it was great.
Awesome location with nice, clean modern feeling. Staff was very accommodating.
Pros: Didn’t know about breakfast, but it did have a full kitchen. It was also convenient to have a market on the first floor. It saved on eating out. I also liked having an additional room. Parking was super handy. Cons: Well I was hoping to have a poolside view, but other than that it was very cozy. The bathroom door was hard to shut. It was also a little noisy being by the street. No other complaints really.

Pros: Love everything about the property. The grocery store Starbucks the parking garage the balconies and the roof are all amenities that make this place worth staying at. Cons: A little pricey for what we get. The elevator if on the 6th street side of takes forever and stops at almost every floor every time.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Modern Apartment Rentals in Los Angeles! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent, right by Downtown LA. The rooftop garden was a real highlight, with stunning views of the LA skyline and wonderful spaces to unwind. The pool was another great bonus, and having a well-stocked, reasonably priced supermarket in the basement of the building was incredibly convenient. Everything was top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommended
