Pros: I absolutely adored the privacy of this cottage. When you pull down the driveway it doesn’t feel like you’re in the city anymore. It’s so comfortable and quiet, truly a home away from home. It’s stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and it’s much bigger than it looks from the outside. The patio area is a bonus too.
Cons: There’s not one thing I didn’t like about the property. You can tell the hosts take pride in their cottage and go above and beyond for their guests to enjoy everything about it.

Pros: close proximity to family, unit tucked back off of the main road.
Cons: Overall environment of neighborhood and street - did not feel safe walking down the street.

Convenient commute to Cal, comfortable and clean. Family loved being close to Temescal district.
Pros: Absolutely adorable! Close to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The downloadable guide is a great touch!
Cons: Towel rack was a little loose and falls if you put more than one towel on it but otherwise, easy fix :)

Overall, I've seen places in much better shape, but there were some thoughtful touches.
Cons: The house was in rough shape, with lots of minor imperfections and damage to floors, a broken microwave and generally cheap feeling. On top of that, the room didn't have enough outlets, so there were many lamps, but several weren't plugged in, and couldn't be. The pictures make the place look modern and clean, but the place is considerably more run down. There are nice touches like soap, sponges, coffee filters and the like to make the stay simple, but it wasn't the more upscale place the pictures seem to indicate.
