Pros: Despite checking in late at night, they responded. At that time, they also responded to a sudden request for a shuttle service (paid). When driving for Luxor West Bank sightseeing, they gave us drinks and snacks. They accompanied me when I went to buy water late at night. The breakfast was delicious. Also, despite the early morning checkout, they allowed us to take breakfast to go.
Cons: I thought it would be nice to have water in the room.

Pros: The service here is excellent. The pool has no sunlight during the hottest time of the day, so it's very cool here despite the outside temperature of 40 degrees. The breakfast is very nutritious, with juice, yogurt, fruits, eggs, honey, cheese, local pastries, etc., covering all aspects. They offer car rental service at a fair price. The room is very clean, with a refrigerator, and it's very quiet for sleeping.
