The staff are amazing, and so friendly! They helped us with our lost baggage, calls and follow up
The staff are amazing, and so friendly! They helped us with our lost baggage, calls and follow up. The tea service is just great, whenever we sat in the lobby they'd serve us delicious tea and always have a great conversation with them. The breakfast was nice too! Serhat bey and Sezen hanım were a delight!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff. The breakfasts were tasty and we could choose from a large menu. Room cleaning was daily. We used the sauna and hammam twice, we really liked it.
