staff were really nice, rooms was lovely and breakfast was delicious
lovely location, close to the main train station and underground. The rooftop bar had a gorgeous view at nighttime. The rooms were so quiet, spacious and comfy. It made the trip even nicer when the lovely lady at the desk said we were being upgraded with an early check-in and breakfast included. After coming off an uncomfortable sleeper train it was a lovely surprise. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Couldn’t fault the stay.

Extremely overrated
Pros: Almost nothing Cons: Everything. Bad AC, small room, not a good location except for being close to the train station.

Lack of air conditioning spoilt our stay
Pros: Location near the station and accessible to the city. It was clean and the shower was great! The staff were very helpful. Cons: Even with these positive our stay was marred by the lack of air conditioning. Our stay was in October and the temperature outside was mild and yet the room was stifling with no opening window. Reading reviews on trip advisor this has been an issue since August. It’s about time this was sorted by management. Also the online check in system is a farce causing much irritation for all.
