Pros: Price was fair Cons: Rooms need remodel kind of makes room look dirty

Look at a different hotel/motel for your stay.

Pros: The staff checking in and out were very nice. Cons: Lots of Marijuana smells and smoking. No plug to take a bath, limited towels for showers, roaches on the tub and baby roaches on the vanity, running all over. Noticed lumps in the bed and crackles. Plastic bed covers, cracked and broken, fabric bed cover under sheets, ripped. Pool only open till 8pm, not unlocked at 9am. Refrigerators only available on the 2nd floor.

Live employees replaced by overseas agent on screen

Cons: Front desk workers have been replaced by a man on a computer screen who is not on location. You have to check in and out with someone on this computer screen and they are unable to help extend reservations if needed. In fact they can’t help with anything besides checking in and out. Absolutely horrible, I don’t know if they’re trying to save money ? or if they can’t get enough employees but it is a terrible business model and needs to be changed back immediately.
