Do not waste your money

Pros: The only good thing might be that it is near Hollywood Walk of Fame. Cons: Very disappointing stay. The room had no wardrobe and the internet connection was extremely poor. There was no housekeeping at all during our four-day stay and basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were not provided. Despite the motel being advertised as non-smoking, our room and the surrounding rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke because people were smoking inside. Wasn't terrible but..

Pros: 9-minute drive to Universal Studios. Private parking. The rooms are clean (on day 1.) They won't clean them after that unless you ask but they don't tell you that at check-in. Cons: Rooms don't have microwaves. Parking is an extra 30 bucks a night, you don't find out until you arrive and it's a hassle to figure it out. The area was extremely loud from people partying all night. They didn't clean our room while we were out all day because they said you have to request it, I've never heard of that..
