Pros: The location. Cons: Right as we were checking in one of the people who is a semi permanent resident there over dosed and my kids had to see them removed from the room. When she got back from the hospital later that night her and her boyfriend smoked cigarettes next to our window all night long. Bathroom was gross. Tv did not work and the phone did not work. Elevator was also broken

You get what you pay for
Pros: This facility is one of the few in San Francisco that has affordable parking, which is its biggest plus. The location is pretty good, and it was quieter than I thought it would be. Cons: The building and grounds could stand a good power wash. The walkways and staircases are dirty and laden with cobwebs. Since the elevator was broken, using the stairs was very unpleasant since it reeked of pee. The office staff was unfriendly for the most part.
