Very comfy and ideal for shopping.

Pros: It was very close to train station and metro, there is a bus stop to the Narita and Haneda Airport. A lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Good service. They keep your luggage until the check-in time and deliver your luggage to your room. There are free snacks and drinks in the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a tea time available in the lobby. Cons: None

A Wonderful Hotel in Ginza We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights, and our experience was absolutely impeccable. From the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff to the outstanding accommodation, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ginza, making it an excellent base for exploring Tokyo. The cleanliness was exceptional. It was good

Pros: Love the stuff inside the room. All good and all staff very friendly and helpful too. Cons: I think the pillow is too flat my husband only sleep for 45 min all night. Maybe is good to give couple of pillow menu.
