Pros: Truly a magical experience place, once and a lifetime experience and a beautiful well thought property. The entire experience was 5 stars I highly recommend to anyone considering staying in the area. I had a very good stay at Mt Fuji Retreat MUKUtensha Fujinomiya and was happy with almost everything. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. The towels, bed, and pillows were all of high quality and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the music and the variety of games available, which made the stay feel fun and relaxing. What was unique about this place is that it is designed for only one group per stay, so we were the only guests in the entire property. This was something I had never experienced before and gave it a very private, exclusive feel. However, at night, the surroundi
