Great location, could do with a few improvements to make it a lovely stay.

Pros: This is a self-contained villa so was not expecting breakfast, although to be fair, the host's rep did ask if we wanted breakfast and I assume he would have bought it for us if we had requested it. The air con worked well, which was essential during a heatwave of 47 degrees C! Cons: When booking, I was not asked the names and nationality of each guest, this happened upon arrival. The host refused to let my drivers stay at the villa, despite there being 6 bedrooms, of which we were using 4. They stated it was for our safety (!!!) which was ridiculous as we fully trusted our Egyptian drive

Pros: The location was great! Next to the funerary temple of Ramses III (which is a must-see!). The host is very welcoming and attentive. The house is worth a visit, with a pool and all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend it! Cons: We did not stay long in this accommodation and it's a shame (only one night).

It was fantastic, the whole family really enjoyed our time here.

It was a lovely characterful property both in the local community and very convenient for the Valley of the Kings. The owner of the property was a fantastic host throughout facilitating all sorts of interesting experiences.

It's the ideal villa to stay in Luxor.

Pros: Friendly welcome. Kindness and helpfulness of the manager and the owner of the villa with a very local and pleasant style. Pleasant pool, convivial outdoor lounge (by the pool), large air-conditioned bedrooms, large living spaces and terrace with a view equipped for a pleasant breakfast prepared according to our wishes and at the time we chose. Everything was always done to meet our requests. The environment is calm, the people in the neighborhood are friendly and smiling. 3 local restaurants, a fruit vendor, and a grocery store provide for daily needs. All the archaeological sites on th

Cons: Very bad experience with poor hygiene

Cons: Very bad experience with poor hygiene. I couldn't even sleep as there were too many flies and ants in the room. The water in the pool was cloudy. It was good to have a smart TV but no remote was provided.
