Booking changed without notification
Pros: The staff that greeted us on arrival were very friendly and welcoming Cons: On arrival we were told we did not have the Deluxe apartment that I had booked and confirmed 4 days prior. They had taken a longer booking for the apartment and downgraded us to a small double room. I was not notified of the change to my booking before I arrived and had no option but to take the room as we were in Paarl for a function that day. The room we were given faced the road , so was very noisy. Very different to the garden view of the apartment as per my original booking. The least management could have d
