Nautilus Lanzarote

We had a brilliant stay in The Nautilus. It is in Matagorda, a quieter area that was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Even though the accommodation is located near the airport, noise was never an issue—we rarely heard any planes at all, especially in the evenings. The staff were also helpful and very friendly throughout our trip, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was excellent and never felt overly packed, meaning there were always sunbeds available without any stress. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. Pros: Our room was upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms with roof top terrace. It was amazing. Cons: Only the light sensor in the shower went off too quickly.

Pros: The location is amazing and the apartments are spotless clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The disability access is incredible. Cons: Only thing I could complain about was the wardrobe sliding door in No.48 was so stiff and hard to open but we managed

Pros: I have been to Lanzarote for many y years now and I can’t believe I have walked passed this complex will def return again as tit ticks all the boxes Cons: How clean it was from the front door in to the pool area and all the way to the garden apt spotless and to the cleaning of the apt as well nothing was a bother

Good centrally located hotel but be careful about room choices

Pros: I upgraded to a Suite Cero which was lovely, great outside space, a small plunge pool and a rooftop solarium. Breakfast was included in my room rate too which was useful. Shops and restaurants were only 2 minutes walk away. Pool was pleasant but a bit crowded so I spent most time on the nearby beach. The rooms near the pool were not very private. There are some lovely artworks around the site too. Cons: I was there for a 9 day stay and I would have expected a change of bed linen in that time. There is no bar in the hotel either
