Highly recommend!!!

Pros: I recommend to everyone looking for a starting point that makes it easy to reach the station near Piazza Garibaldi. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful, communicative, smiling, and talkative. Everything you need is there: unlimited hygiene products, water, coffee, tea, snacks. There are nice pizzerias in the area, plenty of supermarkets. I really recommend it warmly. Cons: No WiFi throughout the stay. :( No place (e.g., sink in the kitchen) where you can wash dishes without having to carry them to the room to wash in the bathroom sink.

Pros: Clean bathroom and large shower. Air conditioning and fridge worked efficiently. Cons: Misleading accommodation instructions. Problem with access to the property. Difficult communication in English. No response to messages. Dirty area.

The arrival went well. We had asked to arrive around 11 am and everything went well. Someone on site explained how everything that was at our disposal worked. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning works very well even in high heat. It is possible to contact staff on WhatsApp at any time, which is reassuring. Thanks to the whole team for our pleasant stay.
