Nest Hotel MGallery DISAPPOINTING!! While checking in I asked if breakfast is covered, they said yes. Next day morning after breakfast they made me sign on the bill. Spoke to the lady at reception who apologized but couldn't do anything. Next day construction work was ongoing right outside my room and the noise and disturbance didn't let me work all afternoon. When I called reception the lady said this work is going outside the hotel, we cannot do anything. I would expect a so called 5 star hotel to make customers aware while checking in if there is work right outside even if it is nothing to
