Modern and new hotel outside the city center
Modern and new hotel outside the city center. Good bus connection (bus stops within walking distance) makes it easy to get around. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with two beds. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but don't expect too much
I probably got the WORST room (room number 6): the air conditioning didn't work properly and was noisy, and there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also, it's the closest room to the reception and with poor soundproofing, you can hear everything. Breakfast is a joke: you have to pay extra for ONE glass of fruit juice. The staff doesn't make much effort and isn't very friendly (except for the curly-haired boy who is very nice). I probably got THE room I shouldn't have (room number 6): the air conditioning didn't work properly and was noisy, and there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. The staff doesn't really make an effort and is not very friendly (except for the boy with curly hair who is very nice). The facilities and fittings in the hotel are what would be expected for a 3-star hotel
The facilities and fittings in the hotel are what would be expected for a 3-star hotel. The staff are helpful and nice. Families should note that the bathroom has no door, so privacy could be an issue. The linen doesn't seem properly washed with visible fine hairs. There is a small lift that takes some time to move between the 2 floors. Positives include the great cold water filter at reception for filling water bottles daily and spacious rooms.
