the location was great and at downtown Toronto. The staff were super friendly and helpful. the room itself was very much clean and large and also it came with every equipment a guest can need like lundry, iron, kettle and so. I definitely reserve it again for my next stays.
Pros: I spend over an hour before the receptionist show up Cons: No complimentary water
Cons: There's only one thing that concerns me: the 6-digit code I need to enter to enter the hotel, get into the elevator, and access my room. It's a bit excessive, I feel.
