The fire alarm nightmare!!
Pros: The apartment and facilities and location are on point! The staff where rude and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the whole building had to evacuate at 3am down 20 flights of stairs and stand on the road for two hours absolute nightmare apparently it happens all the time according to local residents wish I could get my money back never the less

Quiet, comfortable, great service. Will come again if need too.
Pros: Stay the night for a medical appointment the following day. They allowed me to return to the room for a little longer to rest, before having to drive the 3hr trip home. Thank you.
Cons: I’m a cleaner and I found the sink in the bathroom needed a little more attention. Red build-up around the sink. Just needs an old toothbrush to give it a good scrub. Also wasn’t really enough room to open my suitcase, so it was on the bed or floor. Not ideal as I have major back issues.
