Nightcap at St Albans Hotel

Pros: Was cheaper and close to the airport Cons: Area was a bit scary, has pokies inside so lots of random people in hotel till 4am

Pros: The staff are the primary asset of the property! So welcoming and friendly, made a huge difference to the stay. Also, the 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and relatively clean for the price point. Cons: - no elevator making it hard to get up and downstairs. - the lock on the front door was loose. Also, the door doesn’t shut properly on its own. Need to give it a good shove to close it. - the property had a weird odour throughout that lingered unless we kept the aircon on. Also, poor ventilation and lighting. - the hotel is above a casino so it was worrisome at night. There were cop

Simple, clean, not a convenient area.

Pros: Rooms were simple & clean. Cons: Update the profile STAT, the pub looks to have been in ‘renovation’ stage for quite some time…no bistro or food available. Room service menus still in rooms, with absolutely zero mention of a closed down kitchen. Poor staff member was manning a busy TAB/pokies/bar area & the accomodation check ins by herself ~ customers in the bar were disgruntled whilst waiting for her to check us in.

Pros: The over all was excellent Cons: Every thing was good

It was not bad for a one night stay for an early international flight.

Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Cons: The night was noisy due to a pub downstairs with pokies. The area felt unsafe as we spotted a few dodgy people with hoods on roaming outside the hotel.
