Nice hotel, great location, value for money is still okay

Pros: Nice team, central location near the train station and Tivoli. When events are at Rathausplatz, you can hear it in the room. Sleeping was not a problem though. Beautiful, not overloaded design of the rooms and the hotel itself. Cons: The condition of the leather-covered furniture (chairs, sofas, wall coverings, documents, etc.). Unfortunately, you can see every spot that has ever happened there... looks sticky-greasy, even if it is clean.

Pros: They upgraded my room upon check-in, and it was very spacious and beautiful. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and always had a positive attitude. Cons: Nothing, everything was great!

Feels like coming home

The staff here is incredible. From the front desk to the concierge to the servers in the restaurant, they are all dedicated to making sure that your stay in the hotel and your experience in Copenhagen is first-rate.
