Comfortable and convenient

Pros: V helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds were really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Conveniently located close to Ueno station. Good breakfast and fabulous shower! Cons: Not that it was an issue but gym was tiny.

Highly recommend.

Pros: Quiet location, but near train station. Small comfortable hotel with lovely staff and great breakfast. Cons: They could’ve used more hooks for towels and a make up mirror. Everything else was fantastic! Also expensive.

Complimentary champagne for my 70th birthday.

Pros: Great location. Delicious breakfast. Nice restaurant. Amazing staff. Close to the train station. Cons: I liked everything

Enjoyable stay, great location and excellent breakfast

Pros: Modern, great breakfast and very helpful staff Cons: Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 1 child
