I had a great room!
Pros: Location is top-notch! Room is excellent. Breakfast is not bad Cons: Staff can be slow at times (not all), but usually all issues can be resolved, just takes time

Poor Management and Misleading Marketing. The hotel currently owes us €55.
Pros: Location is perfect. Air conditioning works very well. Cons: Booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos and description on Booking.com. We were very disappointed to find that the room we received looked nothing like the one advertised. We expected a room with an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub, and a city view. We had none of these and the room overlooked a back street with garbage bins. Future guests should be aware that not all "Deluxe Rooms" match the photos. Using the most attractive room to promote is misleading. The room we received did not justify the higher price we paid. "Deluxe Room
