We often stay here, the staff are so incredibly welcoming everytime

Pros: Staff were extremely welcoming. My kids loved the plushie toys that became like a buddy for their adventure. The facilities were fantastic - the pool was warm and not too busy and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. Cons: Would not recommend getting room service. We ordered on a Wednesday night and given a 30 min estimate. The food arrived over 1 hour late and the hot food was cold. Get a takeaway from a nearby outlet instead!

We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel.
Pros: The breakfast was very nice. I had never stay in this area of Sydney before, I was impressed with Darling Square and the restaurants available. Cons: There was only warm water for a shower. I found this area very busy.
