Pros: Absolutely nothing Cons: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We arrived for our reservation and were told there was an issue with our room, so we were relocated to The Tillary Hotel. We were told by the front desk that we would be able to stay there for the duration of our trip, only to be told the next day that we had to pack up and move back to NU Hotel. Although Uber transportation was provided, it did not make up for the inconvenience and disruption of having to switch hotels twice during our stay. The communication was poor, and the front desk staff showed no compassion for t
