Great hotel, great location

Pros: The location was perfect. Really close to city center by foot, there's a bus stop opposite the hotel and there are buses going all around the Rome from there. The room was really clean, helpful staff and comfy bed. Cons: The lobby bar was pretty expensive. I expected a better selection of foods at breakfast.

Pros: Très bien, je recommande cet hotel. Très propre, bien situé, personnels au top et le petit déjeuné excellent ! Prochain séjour à Rome j'y retourne sans hésitation. Cons: Rien.

Pros: אולי רק את המיקום. כל השאר כלום אפס Cons: הצוות היה כזה שהזמנתם תשלמו ויאללה עופו. כל הפניות שלי לצוות בנושאים שהטרידו אותי נענו כאילו בחיוב אבל לא עשו כלום על מנת לשפר את הרגשתי ולא התייחסו. יותר מאשר לא התייחסו כשפניתם אליהם בבקשה לשוחח עם מנהל המלון השיבו לי בהלוך ושוב הוא איננו הוא בפגישה הוא פה הוא שם ולא נתנו לי לשוחח עמו. ביום שעזבנו את המלון הבטיחו לי שלא ייחייבו אותי עד אשר מי שהו מהמלון יידבר אתי ולא קרה חייבו אותי מיידית. מלון שנחשב למכובד משקר ללקוח מקומו לא לארח ולא בבוקיניג. אם המלון מחזיק צוות עבודה שנוגע בדברים של הלקוח ובעיקר פותח שקיות עם אוכל מי אני צריכה לחשוב ???

Pros: Alles war perfekt! Die Zimmer waren komfortabel ausgestattet. Eine Espressomaschine war vorhanden und die entsprechenden Kapseln wurden nachgelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Vom Hotel aus braucht man per Pedes zu fast allen Hotspots etwas 15-20 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Perfekt für alle, die Rom zum ersten Mal besuchen. Um das Hotel herum gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants mit römischen Spezialitäten. Einen Schlummertrunk bekommt man in der Hotelbar von einem sehr netten Barkeeper.
