Cons: The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.

Pros: The location was great. Had a good view from the room. Had a good kitchen which was important for us
Cons: Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action

Cons: have been there many times before but not for two years. CONCIERGE services are very important for me. Always excellent in the past. Now non-Japanese staff answered my questions . They were very confident , and Wrong. Wasted time
