Nice place poor parking

Pros: Nice place lovely food & a good bar option Cons: The parking is not to my liking having to pay to park after paying over one hundred and fifty pounds I thought was very poor

Relaxing, 5 star experience. Thank you team ⭐️

Pros: The staff,room,food was amazing. Was met with a very polite lady on reception who couldn’t do anymore for me. After being shown to my amazing room I booked into the restaurant and had a delicious steak finished with homemade sticky toffee pudding. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Very disappointing experience – poor communication and handling of a cancelled booking

Pros: n/a as hotel cancelled on the day Cons: Extremely disappointing experience after my confirmed booking was cancelled at 2:57pm on the day of arrival. Despite the hotel stating that my refund had been made that day, Booking.com subsequently had to contact them to confirm I had not stayed before processing it. The last-minute cancellation, poor communication, lack of meaningful apology and no goodwill gesture made this a very poor customer experience.

Lovely place and staff,would stay again

Pros: Day staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely and room was very nice and clean Cons: The room was a little pricey for a one night stay in a property outside the city centre
