Pros: Très bel hôtel , personnel agréable et attentif , idéalement placé au cœur de financial district et proche de Chinatown On peut tout faire à pied Cons: Parking hôtel un peu cher et restauration sur place chère également

Comfortable, staff were mostly friendly and helpful, great location.
Pros: Great and friendly service from just about everyone. Cons: I was with you 9 nights, my requests for some accommodation for earlier check in and out were met with a less than enthusiastic response. I think when someone travels as far as I did and is staying for a significant amount of time, some consideration should be given to that on a complimentary basis - that was disappointing and not what I tend to encounter in other hotel chains - this was my first time at the Omni.

Hôtel parfait, emplacement idéal
Pros: Tout était parfait. Très calme. Très grande chambre, literie et oreiller très confortables. Grande salle de bain. Personnel adorable. Très bon emplacement. Environnement "safe", à deux pas de Chinatown. Cons: Pas de laverie dans l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner assez cher mais il y a un Starbucks juste à l'angle de la rue.

We hebben een perfect verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamers waren ruim, proper en zeer goed verzorgd. Een groot pluspunt waren de connecting rooms, wat voor ons heel praktisch en comfortabel was. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. We werden steeds met een glimlach geholpen en voelden ons er meteen welkom. Ook de geluidsisolatie van de kamers was uitstekend, waardoor we weinig tot geen geluid van buitenaf of van andere kamers hoorden en heerlijk rustig konden slapen.
