Nice location and good service
Pros: The location is excellent, right in old town of Pittsburgh. There are several restaurants in the hotel. 12 elevators in total. Cons: It was super busy when we stayed at hotel, wedding, hockey teams, a bit chaos.
Wonderful stay. I wish we knew more about the subway or light rail
Pros: Good but high price Cons: Over $30 for a breakfast buffet? Next time we’ll eat somewhere else.
Classic William Penn
Pros: The lobby is classically beautiful. The staff friendly and professional. The cafe is convenient for a coffee to go. Great location. Parking across the street. Speakeasy is great. Cons: The rooms need a refresh. The chairs in our room were stained and the carpet was old and needs to be replaced or cleaned.
Pleasant with attentive and helpful staff. The Speakeasy was a delightful surprise.
Cons: Size of the bathroom was very cramped
This historic hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were well-appointed, and beds were comfortable. We never had to wait for an elevator b/c there were so many. The hotel's location is great and an easy walk to North Shore. Park across the street at the underground garage instead of the more expensive valet.
